Government delegation seeks new investments in U.S.


Government delegation led by Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski is set to meet with potential investors from New York and other U.S. cities over the coming week.

A business forum will be held in New York on Monday, organized in cooperation with the Financial Times Group, focusing on Macedonia’s investment opportunities and benefits offered to investors. PM Gruevski will also hold separate meetings with companies showing interest to invest in Macedonia.

The Government delegation also includes Vice Premier and Finance Minister Zoran Stavreski, Ministers for Foreign Investments Vele Samak, Bill Pavleski and Jerry Naumoff, as well as Directorate for Technological Industrial Development Zones CEO Viktor Mizo.

Business fora over Macedonia’s investment benefits will be held in other U.S. cities in the coming days.
