Macedonia to preside with World Corporate Registers Forum 2019

The Republic of Macedonia’s Central Register has taken over the Presidency of the World Registers Forum for 2019, after participating in working sessions held with representatives of Corporate Registers Forum (CRF) at the General assembly of its Executive Committee in Gaborone, Botswana.

“The Central Register has worked hard on projects that would motivate international representatives,” the Register’s press release said. “The high delegation led by the Director of the Central Register Maria Boskovska-Jankovska, operating by the motto ‘Transforming registers into international providers without borders’, has highlighted the necessity of a modern approach to the needs of the business sector and citizens, and of projects flexible enough to enable users easy access to new services and existing ones.”

The Corporate Registers Forum is an association of international corporate registers. Membership is open to governmental agencies and their employees responsible for administering corporate registries of bodies (for example, a registry of companies).

Its goal is to provide members with an opportunity to follow the latest developments in corporate business registers at the international level and to exchange experiences and information on the current and future work of corporate register systems.

The World Register Forum 2019 will be held in the Republic of Macedonia. Hosting the event implies great recognition for a country’s economic progress.
