PM Dimitriev meets Greek FM Kotzias


Macedonia’s Prime Minister Emil Dimitriev held talks Thursday with Greece’s Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias, the Government said in a press release.

The two countries should cooperate in spheres that will bring them closer and bolster the bilateral cooperation, Dimitriev said.

Macedonia stands for creating of friendly climate and is ready for talks on surpassing the bilateral differences, Dimitriev said.

He welcomed the confidence building measures and all positive steps towards a realization of Macedonia’s strategic goals – the EU and NATO membership, which has been hindered thus far as a result of the bilateral name dispute.
